S’mores Cookie Recipe

S’mores cookie recipe is a one of a kind gooey gooey decadent cookie. Tastes just like you cooked it over the campfire. Great for the backyard party around the fire pit this summer, or anytime!

 

2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup Sourdough starter, unfed (optional)

1/2 cup sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1 cup semi- sweet chunks

12 marshmallow, cut into 4 pieces

5 graham crackers, broken up into pieces

 

 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat butte, sugars and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers gently as to not break everything up too much. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a uncreased baking sheet. 

Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes; remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
