Tuesday, August 13, 6:30-8:30pm, Dumpling Cooking Class, $45, Whether your steaming or boiling, there’s nothing  quite as satisfying as a dumpling, especially if it’s a handmade. We’ll make the ever popular Asian pot sticker, shaped, pleated and filled with ground pork and vegetables.

Thursday, August 15, 6:30-8:30pm, Southern Cooking Class, $45, In the South there is nothing quite as delicious as creamed corn in the summer. The corn is fresh, sweet and crunchy full of flavor. We’ll make this popular dish with some fried chicken pieces for a tasty meal.

SOLD OUT! Thursday, August 22, 6:30-8:30pm, Phad Thai Class, $45, A famous Thai dish, Phad Thai is eaten all over Thailand. We’ll make it one of your favorites also. Rice noodles and a flavorful sauce stir fried with vegetables and eggs for this easy meal.

 Tuesday, August 27, 6:30-8:30pm, Gluten Free Rice Noodle Cooking Class, $45, Southeast Asia is known for their delicious rice noodles. Learn the technique to making them at home. Our noodles will be served Vietnamese style with green mango and herbs. Gluten free doesn’t have to be flavorless!

Thursday, August 29, 6:30-8:30pm, Chinese Pork Bao Cooking Class, $45, Master the techniques of Chinese cooking as we make traditional Pork Bao, for a truly delicious class. No trips to Pike’s Place after you have learned this traditional buns secret.

Thursday, September 5, 6:30pm-8:30pm, Holiday Appetizers, $65,  Why not get a jump on the holidays with these delicious and simple appetizers that will make you the talk of the party circuit! You’ll learn to make a Middle Eastern falafel with a spicy yogurt dip, a quick and nutritious carrot hummus with peppered ciabatta sticks and last but not least, a decadent chocolate fondue served with fruit and cake. 

Thursday, September 12, 6:30pm-8:30pm, The World of Pie, $65, In this class, you will learn how simple it is to make a pie crust, to decorate and make-ahead your dough for the morning of the holiday. We’ll form a savory galette with roasted garlic, caramelized onions, and delicata squash, a sweet French apple galette.
