Thursday, February 21, 6:30pm-8:30pm, Chicken Enchilada with Green Sauce Class, $85, Learn how to satisfy your craving for authentic Mexican chicken enchiladas. We will roll hardy corn tortillas with a flavorful meat mixture and top them with an easy green sauce we’ll make with roasted tomatillos and dried chilies. You will satisfy your craving for Mexican with this awesome class and want to make them for the family when you get home. They will be served with sour cream and guacamole for dinner!

Monday, February 25, 6:30pm – 8:30pm, Italian Calzone Class, $85,  Mama Mia the Calzones have arrived!  Sandwich-sized calzones are often sold at Italian lunch counters or by street vendors, because they are easy to eat while standing up or walking. They are often the meal choice for pizza delivery, since they stay hot on the motorcycle ride to the customer house. Our calzone meal will be stuffed with whatever you desire, veggies, meat, cheese and sauce. We’ll bake them and Mangiali tutti, eat them all!

Tuesday, March 5,  6:30pm – 8:30pm, Traditional Ravioli Class, $85, Ravioli is a filled pasta encasing a variety of fillings from meats to cheeses to vegetables. Early versions of the pasta can be traced as far back as the Roman Empire, although it wasn’t until the Middle Ages that the ravioli we know today was first developed. We will fill a fresh pasta with garlic and ricotta cheese, a spinach and pancetta and a mushroom with saffron and shrimp ravioli. Each ravioli will have its own sauce to accompany the fragrant pasta pillows.

Thursday, March 7,  6:30pm – 8:30pm, Healthy Sourdough Class, $85,  Learn the sourdough process and leave with your very own jar of sourdough starter. Learn how the starter is soured and how allowing flour to hang out with bacteria and wild yeast may make gluten more digestible and beneficial to your health. We’ll make sourdough waffles, a sourdough english muffin and a sourdough no-knead Boule. We’ll feast on our sourdough breads with cheese and jam as we enjoy each others company.

Thursday, March 14,  6:30pm – 8:30pm, Chinese Vegetarian Stir-Fry Class, $85, Enter the world of the Dragon. Chinese cooking lends its self to a vegetarian lifestyle. With deep flavors of ancient sauces that excite to tastebuds. We will cook a Family style bean curd stir-fry with mixed vegetables, everyones favorite chow mein vegetable noodle and a spicy cucumber salad cantonese style. You won’t even miss the meat with these dishes, we’ll add plenty of protein for your body. Our meal will be served with rice and Chinese hot tea.

Thursday, April 4, 6:30pm – 8:30pm, Danish Pastry Class, $85, The art of  Danish is so easy it will surprise you. The dough gives you flaky, crisp, buttery pastry with a fraction of work that the traditional method requires. We will fill our dough with fruit and cheese, made into festive designs that will look so professional you will think you have died and gone to Valhalla, the ancient Danes heaven!

Tuesday, April 9, 6:30-8:30pm, Sunday Dinner, $85, Nothing is more comforting than a roast chicken on a weekend evening. Succulent chicken is transformed into a moist flavorful meal, with the addition of roasted carrots and potatoes. Family and friends will cheer on game day not only for the game but the meal you’ve prepared. We’ll end with a deliciously simple French apple tart.
