Thursday, June 20, 6:30-8:30pm,  Ramen Noodle Cooking Class, $45, Okay, it will be an unusual way to make a noodle, but so worth it! Ramen noodles can be a challenge to make, but not with this method. Make sure you wear socks to the class!  I’m not kidding we will stomp the difficulty out of these noodles. Served in a flavorful broth with tofu and vegetables.

Tuesday, July 2, 6:30-8:30pm, Spanish Tapas Cooking Class, $45, Summer is the time for parties and this valuable class will teach you how to throw a fabulous Tapas party. We will create a creamy Tomato Gazpacho and a Vegetable Tortilla, crisp and flavorful. Make you summer party shine like the sun!

Friday, July 12, 6:30-8:30pm, Gluten Free Rice Noodle Cooking Class, $45, Southeast Asia is known for their delicious rice noodles. Learn the technique to making them at home. Our noodles will be served Vietnamese style with green mango and herbs. Gluten free doesn’t have to be flavorless!

Wednesday, July 17, 6:30-8:30pm, Magical Sourdough Cooking Class, $45, Delve into the sourdough process and leave with your own jar of sourdough starter.  Learn the health benefits, why it’s 90% gluten free and how to make your own sourdough with wheat flours and gluten free flour. Learn what makes starters sour and how allowing flour to hang out with bacteria and wild yeast make gluten more digestible. You’ll taste the difference with a variety of breads served with tasty toppings.

Tuesday, July 30, 6:30-8:30pm, Dry Rubs for the Barbecue or Oven, $45, Dry rubs are a wonderful way to infuse a lot of flavor into the meat. They are very popular with the barbecued meats, however they impart the same flavor for oven cooked meats. We will barbecue and roast meats with these rubs. A uniquely flavored dry rub with coffee and chocolate, also a Mexican style with a smoked chili, sweet turmeric and cumin. Delicious way to enjoy your summer!

Thursday, August 1, 6:30-8:30pm, Tamales with Chili Verde Sauce, $45, Join me for a taste of Old Mexico in the Northwest. We’ll take roasted chicken enhanced with Mexican oregano to use for our filling. The tamales will be filled and topped with an aromatic Chili Verde sauce. Learn how much fun it is to roll tamales and make it a family tradition in your home.
