4 Essential Mediterranean Sauces Class

You may think that it is the classic French who have the world-renowned sauces, but I’m here to tell you in the Mediterranean they are more flavorful and robust than their counterparts. We will make the Provencal rouille and pair it with baked red potatoes, Classic Romesco which is the Catalan version with red peppers, nuts, and toasted bread crumbs, served with a pan-seared chicken, next a Mhammara, another red pepper nut sauce with heightened flavors of the Middle East using pomegranate syrup, served with pita bread. Lastly, we will make the Tunisian Harissa, spicy and full of flavor served with roasted carrots.
