Everyone is familiar with China Town, now affectionately known as the International District. We will make the popular Mu Shu Pork with its tender wraps and a fragrant hoisin sauce, Chow Mein, stir-fried with greens, peppers, and wonderful Asian vegetables, and a Hakka shrimp-stuffed pepper and eggplant with a black bean sauce.
