Sourdough has abundant health reasons for being used in everyday bread making. I will teach you the benefits and why you should use sourdough, what to avoid in commercial yeast bread, and how gluten is reduced in the sourdough-making process. We will make a traditional boule and sourdough crepes to enjoy. You will take home a sourdough starter, a loaf of bread dough, and a baked loaf.
