Oaxacan Empanadas, made with fresh corn masa, and lard tortillas, folded in half around a filling of Mole Amarillo which we will make, with shredded chicken and cheese. This is a favorite Oaxacan street food. We will make the mole and tortillas for a truly authentic experience.
