French Cordon Bleu Culinary Class

The name “cordon bleu”, translates in French to “blue ribbon” which you’ll get when you make Cordon bleu with Chef Victoria. The dish will be made with chicken pounded thin, filled with ham and cheese, and then breaded and fried. We’ll be served with a rich cream of mushroom sauce, accompanied by a fresh salad and sourdough bread.
