Georgian Beef with Polenta Culinary Class

$100.00Slow-cooked stew from the country of Georgia, a bouquet of fresh cilantro infused with a mixture of canned tomatoes and beef with a gorgeous aroma smothered on top of creamy polenta. This will be done in an instant pot for ease of cooking such a rich dish. It will be served with fresh sourdough bread and a seasonal salad which we will make like the Georgians.
