Making many trips to India I grew to love the food and people that brought me such joy. Their food was exciting and mind-blowing with its flavors. It doesn’t have to be hot, but hot and salty is what they are known for in each region. I think it was because the climate is so hot, they need that extra heat and salt. We will make a traditional Indian Biryani with Persian influences with rose water. Chicken with herbs and basmati rice, layered with rosewater and cashew, and pistachios. This dish is fit for a king and you will be treated like a king after you make this wonderful dish. We’ll also make an authentic naan to serve with our biryani.
