We’ll do a tandoor-style chicken in a cast iron skillet, and toast our spices and make a rich sauce with fresh tomatoes ending with butter and cream. What is Indian food without naan, which you make topped with garlic ghee. We’ll also make up a fresh mango lassi to treat ourselves. Don’t miss this amazing class.
