It might surprise you that gnocchi is not only made with potatoes, we’ll make ours with ricotta for a unique flavor and texture. We’ll make a cheesy creamed corn sauce that will blow you away with fresh herbs. We’ll also make a braised zucchini with a simple tomato jam and serve it all with rustic focaccia bread.
