Spanish Paella is a favorite of many people, but did you know that the Mexicans make one that has a spicy unique flavor with chorizo and chilies? We will add the NW mussels and clams for added flavor unique to the Northwest. Served with rustic bread and a salad of roasted peppers and capers we will make.
