$100.00There’s nothing quite like handmade pasta; the taste and texture are undeniably the best. We will prepare it by hand, shaping it into orecchiette—those delightful little ears that soak up all the flavor of the sauce. Accompanying it will be a rich pork sauce made with San Marzano tomatoes and fresh herbs. To complement the meal, we’ll create a Caprese salad, a classic Italian dish featuring alternating slices of juicy, ripe tomatoes and creamy mozzarella, all served with a crusty sourdough loaf.
