Sourdough offers numerous health benefits that make it an excellent choice for everyday bread making. I will explain these benefits and discuss why you should consider using sourdough instead of commercial yeast bread. Additionally, I’ll explain how the sourdough-making process reduces gluten content. Knowledge is the key to a healthy life.
During the session, we will prepare a traditional boule and delicious sourdough crepes. At the end, you will take home a sourdough starter, a loaf of dough, and a freshly baked loaf of bread.
