Life can be busy making it difficult to prepare meals, so you grab whatever is convenient whether good or bad. Mistake #1, eating healthy takes planning and disciple.  It is also a life long decision that will improve your overall health and well being, helping you to lose weight and feel energized.

Set me up as your health coach I will create meal plans specifically designed to your likes and dislikes.  I will make a grocery list to make your shopping easy and effortless.  I will teach you the cooking process of preparing your meal, making it simple to follow with recipes that are quick and easy to prepare.

There will be no calorie counting, although you can count if you like. We will focus on clean eating, starting with a rainbow of plant-based foods, while pumping up your probiotics and prebiotics. All of this will go along way to supporting the health of your gut microbiome and your immunity.
