I missed seeing you in my cooking school—so I took them online!

Join us for a fun, hands-on experience. Challenges can happen during cooking on your own and  when you have no hands on help. That is why I will be teaching you in an online format using Zoom. Synergy happens when we all can communicate together during these Online Cooking Classes.  When you’re challenged, no worries you can ask questions and get immediate assistance to help.

More than just dinner—it’s a dining experience. Culinary Immigration Cooking School is going to help you through cooking even the most challenging meals for dinner—it’s a dinner out experience in your own home as Victoria’s husband puts it. She will teach you how to prep, plate, and pair recipes that wow family. With many new cooking school dishes designed for online home cooking,  you’ll learn how to build elevated courses using everyday ingredients.

Join me for engaging classes that will inspire the inner chef in you!

What to expect?

Each 90-120 minute class is a password-protected Zoom session, so you and the other attendees are free to ask questions as you follow along step by step.

Preparation  before class begins:

Prior to your class, an emailed prep packet will be sent, a shopping list and quick-start instructions so you’re ready to jump right in when the class when it starts. Please be advised classes are nonrefundable if you forget to login to attend.

Thursday, August 6th, 4:00pm-6:00pm, Online Summer Cooking for the Man of the House, $25 per location, Summer cooking for the man of the house requires a robust meal to get him involved. That is why he will love this pan seared steak with a mock french bordelaise sauce, made with black tea, mushrooms and soy sauce, we’ll throwing some garlic mashed potatoes on the plate, and a hardy kale salad that will fill your man with nourishment. Dinner is served!

Tuesday, August 11th, 4:00pm-6:00pm, Online Summer Cooking With Friends, $25 per location, Summer cooking with friends is an Authentic tamale class. Why not get the friends together for a summer fiesta making tamales together. Learn to make the filled masa wrapped in corn husks and topped with a chili verde sauce. It’s fun for everyone young and old.

Thursday, August 13th, 4:00pm-6:00pm, Online Summer Cooking Kept Cool, $25 per location, Cool summer cooking is this Szechwan Chicken Salad. Tasty with authentic flavors, great for dinner or the summer potluck. Enjoy cooking without heating up the kitchen!

Tuesday, August 18th, 4:00pm-6pm, Online The Wonderful Wonton Soup (*Series of Chinese meals), $25 per location, This versatile noodle can be made in a soup, deep fried, or even cooked like a pot sticker. We’re going to make this authentic noodle filled with pork and shrimp for a truly flavorful dumpling added to a rich chicken broth. Your family will be treated to Chinese soup done right. This is a series of Chinese cooking classes. Learn how to make the entire meal by taking these up and coming classes, to build your culinary skills in the art of Asian cuisine.

Thursday, August 20th, 4:00pm-6pm, Online Sweet and Sour Pork, (*Series of Chinese meals), $25 per location, You will be excited to learn this quintessential sweet and sour pork dish, made with authentic Chinese flavors, fresh pineapple, served in the well known sweet-acidic sauce you’re all familiar with. Treat your family to this series of Asian cuisine cooking, building your repertoire of the culinary arts.

Tuesday, August 25th, 4:00pm-6pm, Online Szechwan Mongolian Beef, (*Series of Chinese meals), $25 per location, A favorite dish in most Chinese restaurants. Cooked with the technique called “velveting”. This is a wonderfully rich method and, when done properly, the meat will melt in your mouth. Treat your family this authentic Mongolian beef done right.
