Discover the rich flavors of Georgian cuisine in this interactive, hands-on cooking class. Guided by Chef Victoria, you will learn how to prepare two beloved Georgian dishes from scratch: a traditional Georgian stew with polenta and the iconic Adjarian Khachapuri. Throughout the experience, you’ll gain insight into the culinary traditions, ingredients, and techniques that make Georgian food unique.

During the class, participants will prepare a hearty Georgian stew, a flavorful dish known for its aromatic spices and rich texture. You will learn to balance herbs, spices, and fresh ingredients to create a comforting and authentic Georgian dish.

The highlight of the experience is crafting Adjarian Khachapuri, a famous boat-shaped bread filled with melted cheese and topped with egg and butter. With step-by-step guidance, you will knead and shape the dough, prepare the cheese filling, and bake your own khachapuri until golden and delicious.

This class is designed for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced home cooks. As you cook, the instructor will share stories about Georgian culture, culinary traditions, and the history behind these dishes. At the end of the session, you will gather around the table to enjoy the meal you have prepared together in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
