In this exciting class, we’ll kick things off with a mouthwatering dish of Queso Flameado—a sizzling blend of molten cheese, crumbled and spiced chorizo, and tender cactus (nopales), all served with crispy corn tortilla chips. Next, we’ll prepare Tostadas de Picadillo, a comforting and flavorful ground beef topping simmered in a rich, spiced tomato sauce. This quick and easy recipe is a crowd favorite. Before we pile the savory picadillo onto crispy tortillas, we’ll spread a layer of creamy refried beans to help the topping stick perfectly. Served with a variety of salsas and chips.
