Travel to the bustling markets of the Middle East in this hands-on culinary class featuring crispy falafel, freshly baked homemade pita, and classic mezze-style dips. You’ll learn how to make falafel from scratch using soaked chickpeas, herbs, and spices, then shape and fry them for a perfectly crisp exterior and tender interior.
We’ll also prepare pillowy homemade pita bread, exploring dough techniques and high-heat baking, and craft a selection of traditional dips to build a vibrant mezze platter. This class celebrates Palestinian hospitality, street food culture, and the art of sharing food around the table.
