In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to create and maintain a healthy starter without waste, giving you the confidence to bake sourdough all year long. Together we’ll make a rustic sourdough boule—perfect for your family table—and delicious bagels made easy with no-knead sourdough bread. We’ll make a cheese jalapeño bagel, an everything, and a sweet blueberry cinnamon bagel. Perfect with cream cheese, we’ll treat you to a sourdough feast!
