Chipotle Nooch is an alternative to conventional cheese spreads. It is made of all plant-based ingredients and let me tell you it is delicious. You’ll enjoy the smoky flavor and mild heat with chips, bread, or on top of anything you desire.
You don’t have to be vegan or plant-based to enjoy this Nooch. Try it on your roast chicken or bbq steak for added flavor and color.
1 cup raw cashew
1 cup water
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon Tumeric
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon salt
4 adobe chipotle peppers
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 teaspoon, soy sauce
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
Place all your ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend on high until it is creamy and smooth. If it needs more water to become smooth add it 1 tablespoon at a time.
Place into a container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
