Travel to the vibrant streets of Hanoi in this hands-on Vietnamese culinary class featuring Bún Chả, one of Vietnam’s most iconic dishes, alongside Gỏi Cuốn, delicate fresh herb-packed spring rolls.
Bún Chả is a harmonious bowl of smoky grilled pork, rice noodles, fresh herbs, and a bright, balanced dipping sauce known as nước chấm. You’ll learn traditional marination and grilling techniques that give the pork its signature caramelized flavor, along with the art of balancing sweet, sour, salty, and umami in Vietnamese cuisine.
To complete the experience, you’ll craft Gỏi Cuốn (fresh Vietnamese spring rolls)—a light, herbaceous roll filled with shrimp, pork, rice noodles, and herbs, served with classic dipping sauces. This class highlights Vietnamese street food culture, regional traditions, and the philosophy of fresh, balanced eating.
