Classic Bologna Lasagna Class

We’ll begin by preparing the ragù, enriched with passata—traditionally homemade in Bologna, though we’ll use a high-quality version that’s perfect for this lasagna. Then we’ll create a silky béchamel to add luxurious creaminess, and layer everything together with Parmigiano Reggiano for a truly authentic and perfectly balanced Lasagna Bolognese. Our lasagna will be served with a fresh loaf of sourdough bread and a farm-fresh salad using A Bit of Taste Olive oil and Vinegar for a unique flavor.
