You will learn just how that makes your gut happy and how to use this wonderful active lactobacillus to benefit you. Everyone will take home a sourdough starter, and you will make a No-Knead bread boule, learning how to shape and form it for the best rise. We’ll also make a sourdough crepe which we will wrap with jam and top with powdered sugar.
