Sourdough is a healthy way to make bread, cakes, and pastries. It adds to your probiotic and prebiotic gut health. You will learn just how that makes your gut happy and how to use this wonderful active lactobacillus to benefit you. Everyone will take home a sourdough starter, and you will make a No-Knead bread boule,  learning how to shape and form it for the best rise. We’ll also make a sourdough crepe which we will wrap with jam and top with powdered sugar.
