Sourdough Know-How Class

Join us for a fun, educational, and delicious sourdough class! You’ll learn everything you need to know about sourdough baking, including how to care for and maintain your starter (“mother”) without constantly creating excess discard.
In this hands-on class, we’ll make a classic French boule from start to finish and enjoy making delicious homemade crêpes. Whether you’re new to sourdough or looking to refine your skills, you’ll leave with the knowledge and confidence to continue baking at home.
