We’ll explore essential French techniques like proper searing, deglazing, and building layers of flavor to create a rich, velvety sauce.
To complete the meal, we’ll pair our dish with silky pommes purée (French mashed potatoes) and a crisp green salad with a Dijon vinaigrette. And, of course, sourdough bread will be served to accompany the French meal.
