One of the healthiest places on earth, with its abundant sunshine and supply of fresh fish their island makes delicious and nutritious meals. We'll make a lovely shrimp dish served with sourdough bread to sope up all the flavors, a fresh salad with herbs.  We'll end our meal with a honey donut unique to Ikaria.
